Fourth interim dividend for the year ended 31 August 2023

The Directors of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc have declared a fourth interim dividend of 6.30 pence per share for the year ended 31 August 2023 ("FY 2023").

Ex-dividend date: 5 October 2023

Record date: 6 October 2023

Payment date: 3 November 2023

Dividend per share: 6.30 pence

This brings total dividends for FY 2023 to 13.80 pence per share, representing an increase of 4.5% over the 13.20 pence per share paid in respect of the previous financial year.

This increase, although not matching the very high levels of shorter term inflation, is the 28th consecutive year of dividend growth. Dividends as a whole have exceeded inflation over the last 5 and 10 years.
