Berlin, 12 October 2017 – Delivery Hero Group (“Delivery Hero”), the leading global online food ordering and delivery marketplace, welcomes today’s announcement from the Competition and Markets Authority (the “CMA”) of the United Kingdom to provisionally clear the company’s sale of its UK business, Hungryhouse Holdings Limited (“Hungryhouse”), to Just Eat plc (“Just Eat”).
Delivery Hero continues to cooperate with the CMA towards the publication of a final decision in November 2017.
