Sure ventures PLC is  a London listed venture capital fund which invests in early stage software companies in the rapidly growing technology areas of Augmented reality ('AR'), Virtual reality ('VR'), Internet of Things ('IoT') and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The results of the AGM held on the 12th of  September 2023 at 70 St Mary's Axe, London EC3A 8BE:

-All resolutions contained in the notice of the AGM were duly passed on a show of hands

-The number of shares represented at the meeting an voted on were 2,434,485

Copies of all special resolutions numbered 10 to 11 will be made available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism, situated at:   https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
