The Company announces that on 12 September 2023, 540,803 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 54.75 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
