Change of Company Secretary

In accordance with JSE Listing Requirement 3.59, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Amina Rasool as Company Secretary of Ninety One plc with effect from 13 September 2023, whereupon Mrs. Paula Watts will resign as Company Secretary. The Board would like to thank Mrs. Watts for her contribution to Ninety One and they look forward to working with Ms. Rasool. The registered Company Secretary of Ninety One Limited remains unchanged.
