Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 9 August 2023 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 12.5 cents per share payable on 26 September 2023. The deadline for receipt of elections was 4 September 2023.

The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 966.6p.

The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 5 September 2023 and ending on 11 September 2023.

The Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend is 9.99p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published by the Bank of England for the five business days commencing on 5 September 2023 and ending on 11 September 2023.
