CR Capital Real Estate AG acquired KENT Immobilienmanagement GmbH. Both companies are cooperating on operational projects since many years. KENT Immobilienmanagement GmbH, founded in 1996 in Berlin, currently manages 2200 units of residential and commercial real estate in Berlin, Potsdam and Leipzig.
Stefan Demske, CEO of CR Capital Real Estate AG: “By acquiring KENT Immobilienmanagement GmbH we are broadening our value chain by a professional asset management business with excellent development potential. We will increase volumes and generate further revenues from consulting and servicing business.”
Due to a pleasing operational performance in the year to date, the company expects annual results above previous year level. Subject to the approval of the annual financial statements, the company is going to pay out a dividend of EUR 1,00/share. The publication of preliminary annual results is scheduled for March 2018.
