ACCENTRO Real Estate AG Sells Equity Stake in Property Portfolio
Berlin, 22 January 2018 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (WKN securities code number: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3) today signed an agreement for the sale of a 75% partnership interest in the company ACCENTRO Gehrensee GmbH, a fully-owned subsidiary that holds a property of around 41,500 sqm in Berlin’s Lichtenberg borough. ACCENTRO Real Estate AG intends to invest the EUR 20 million in liquid capital that will be released by the transaction in its core business, which is tenant-friendly housing privatisation. The transaction will result in a modest contribution to earnings in the 2018 consolidated financial statements of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG.
