At the General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held on 21 August 2023 at the offices of FTI Consulting at 200 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD, the following resolution was duly passed:
Ordinary Resolution
That the proposed investment policy as set out in Part 2 of the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 28 July 2023, be and is hereby adopted as the investment policy of the Company to the exclusion of the existing investment policy of the Company.
