Completion of fifth tranche and share repurchase programme
16 August 2023: Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that the £300 million share repurchase programme announced on 23 May 2022 to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.
The fifth and final tranche of this programme was executed by Goldman Sachs International on Kingfisher's behalf (as announced on 7 July 2023), who purchased 21,143,586 shares for a total consideration of £50 million.
