Von Roll Holding AG: Partial sale of Von Roll BHU Umwelttechnik
Breitenbach, February 8, 2018 – Von Roll Holding AG is selling part of its water business activities, which mainly comprise the Chinese market and were previously part of the subsidiary Von Roll BHU Umwelttechnik GmbH Deutschland.
Dr. Christian Hennerkes, CEO, comments: “With the partial divestment of our water business as part of a management buy-out, we are continuing our focus on our core business.” All current projects will be seamlessly taken over by the current managing director, Mr. Stefan Köppel, and his existing core team.
