Vienna, 5 March 2018. Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI) decided today to redeem the RBI “CHF 250,000,000 Callable Subordinated Fixed Rate Reset Notes due 2023” (CH0212937210) in the currently outstanding aggregate principal amount of CHF 250,000,000 at par on the Call Redemption Date 24 May 2018.
The early redemption will be effected by a separate notice of redemption in accordance with the conditions of the Notes.
