Vanquis Banking Group plc ("the Group") today announces that Neeraj Kapur, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") has informed the Board that he will be stepping down from his role with immediate effect for personal reasons. Gareth Cronin, currently the Group Chief Risk Officer, has been appointed interim CFO while the search for a permanent CFO takes place. Gareth will be supported by the deep senior bench strength in both the Group Finance and Group Treasury functions.
