NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")
IG Group Holdings plc 2013 Sustained Performance Plan ("SPP"), Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") and Buyout Awards
The Company gives notice of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares") by Executive Directors and other PDMRs (together "PDMRs"). Details of the transactions are set out in the Notification of Transactions by PDMRs in this announcement as required by the UK Market Abuse Regulation, as well as in the below text.
1. Sustained Performance Plan ("SPP")1: Award granted on 3 August 2023
The share price used to determine the number of options awarded is £7.1745, based on the average of the closing prices of the previous 10 days as is required by the rules of the SPP.

4. Purchase of Shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")
The Company operates a HMRC tax advantaged SIP, which is open to all UK-based employees. If employees participating in the SIP retain their purchased shares and remain employed on the third anniversary of the purchase, additional matching shares will vest on a one-for-one basis.
The Company was today advised by the Trustees of the SIP that on 3 August 2023, the following transactions were made under the SIP, pursuant to a Trading Plan arrangement:

5. Deferred Bonus: Award of conditional shares on 3 August 2023
In line with the requirements of the Investment Firm Prudential Regime (IFPR), a sufficient proportion of each material risk takers (MRTs) variable pay must be deferred over three years. As such, a proportion of the FY23 bonus for Joseph Kinahan has been deferred such that it vests in three equal tranches from the date of grant. The share price used to determine the number of options awarded is £7.2350.

1 The Awards comprise:
· A conditional share award settled in cash equal to 30% of the plan contribution; and
· An award of par cost options over shares equal to the remaining 70% of the plan contribution, which become exercisable as to 20% of the shares in the option in August 2026 and as to 50% of the shares in the option in August 2027.
2 Matt Brief is a material risk taker subject to the Investment Firm Directive, as such he is prohibited from receiving dividend equivalents on his award. As a result an adjusted price of £6.4058 was used to calculate his award.
