On 22 June 2017 RW Holding AG i.L. has received 29,252,475 common shares in RWE AG which had originally been contributed to RWEB GmbH as compensation because of leaving RWEB GmbH. 204,483 common shares were sold by the company in several transactions in 2017. Additional 27,770,646 common shares in RWE AG were passed on to the shareholders in the course of the company’s liquidation on 15 March 2018.
