New combined offer for subscription (the "Offer")

The Companies are pleased to announce their intention to launch a new combined Offer for subscription for the 2023-24 tax year later this year.  

A prospectus with full details of the proposed Offer will be published around the end of September or at the beginning of October. Further information with respect to both the amount to be raised and the timing of the launch will be published in due course.
