PATRIZIA Immobilien AG on 19 December 2017 announced to acquire Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP (“Rockspring”) with closing of the transaction expected by the end of the first quarter 2018.  

  

Following approval from regulatory authorities and finalisation of further pre-conditions successful closing of the transaction took place on 23rd March 2018.  

  

Rockspring will hence become part of PATRIZIA as per 23rd March 2018 and have a positive earnings impact for nine months in 2018, confirming the profit forecast assumptions for financial year 2018 published in PATRIZIA’s annual report 2017 on 15th March 2018.
