As at 31st July 2023, the Company's issued share capital consists of 25,398,080 Ordinary 25 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 3,848,838 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 31st July 2023, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc is 21,549,242.
