Hapag-Lloyd AG intends to propose dividend distribution
The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Hapag-Lloyd AG intend to propose to the ordinary Annual General Meeting taking place on 10 July 2018 – deviating from the present dividend policy – a distribution of a dividend payment for the financial year 2017 in the amount of EUR 0.57 per share, i.e. in total EUR 100,183,367.01.
The retained earnings brought forward of Hapag-Lloyd AG based on local GAAP (HGB) for the financial year 2017 amounts to EUR 522,369,447.05; the consoldiated profit (IFRS) amounts to EUR 32,087,444.72. To the extent the retained earnings brought forward are not distributed to the shareholders they shall be carried forward to new account.
