Availability of the financial results as of June 30, 2023

OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's unaudited consolidated results for the period January - June 2023, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol), and at the London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols), starting July 28, 2023, 8:00 a.m. (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.

The unaudited separate financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, including Directors' report, for the period January - June 2023 will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com and at the Bucharest Stock Exchange starting July 28, 2023.

The print version of the reports can be obtained from the Investor Relations Department, at the company's headquarters located in 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City"). However, we recommend accessing the reports in electronic format on the company's website, avoiding, as much as possible, the request and obtaining of the print version from the company's headquarters.

The company will organize an analyst and investor conference call to present the results on July 28, at 3:00 pm (Bucharest time), which will be simultaneously broadcasted as a live audio webcast, which can be accessed from the website, section Investors > Publications > Quarterly Results > Q2 2023.
