7C Solarparken AG: The Management Board and the Supervisory Board propose a dividend of EUR 0.10 per share for the financial year 2017
Bayreuth, 19 April 2018 – The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of 7C Solarparken AG (WKN: A11QW6, ISIN: DE 000A11QW68; Stock Exchange: Regulated market in Frankfurt/Main (General Standard)) have today resolved to propose a first-time dividend payment of EUR 0.10 per share for the financial year 2017 to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 1 June 2018. The dividend shall be paid in full from the tax contribution account (steuerliches Einlagenkonto) within the meaning of section 27 of the German Corporate Income Tax Act (Körperschaftssteuergesetz) (contributions not into the nominal capital) so that so that the payment is made without deduction of capital gains tax and solidarity surcharge and thus not subject to taxation for domestic shareholders.
