Supervisory Board of Gigaset AG approves financing for investments of up to EUR 20 million
Munich, April 25, 2018 [13:56 pm] – Today, the Supervisory Board of Gigaset AG approved investments of up to EUR 20 million. The credit agreement to be concluded between Gigaset Communications GmbH, a subsidiary of Gigaset AG, and a German regional bank as book runner has a term of 4.5 years and aims to expand the product portfolio in order to tap into new sales potentials.
Gigaset AG is an internationally operating company in the area of communications technology. The company is Europe’s market leader in DECT telephones and is likewise a leader in the international arena, with around 900 employees and sales activities in around 70 countries. Its business activities comprise not only DECT phones, but also an extensive smartphone portfolio, cloud-based smart home security solutions, and business telephony solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
