The Company was notified on 16 June 2023 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 16 June 2023 at a price of £7.177631.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.

Following this transaction, a total of 1,378,735 shares representing 1.1% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
