Directorate Changes

As announced previously, and as part of an orderly succession plan, Jonathan Cartwright retired from the Board of CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") on 1 July 2023.

Jonathan, who joined the Board in November 2019, has been Chair of the Company since 1 April 2020.  The Company has benefited immensely from Jonathan's wide ranging financial and commercial experience.

The Board thanks Jonathan for his leadership and wise counsel throughout his period of appointment.

Following Jonathan's retirement, Jane Lewis has been appointed Chair of the Company.
