On 3 July 2023, the Company purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 142.0p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the purchase of the above shares 313,302,485 ordinary shares of 2p each will remain in issue. Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC will hold 950,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.
