The Company announces that Stephen Cook, an employee of Sequoia Investment Management Company Limited, Investment Adviser to the Company, has acquired 65,607 ordinary shares of no par value in thecapital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 76.20 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Cook has an interest in 365,607 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.021% of the Company's issued ordinary shares (in addition to his beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares held by the Investment Adviser).
