Notice of the Lawsuit to declare the decisions of the General Assembly null and void

Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) announces that it has received the Decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, number: P-1492/2024, by which it was informed that the plaintiffs Branko Matušić, Mijo Haršanji, Sanda Prebanić and Živko Čačić filed a lawsuit against the Company to establish the decisions of the Main of the Company's assembly held on June 30, 2021 are null and void.

The court has not yet set a date for the hearing, but the Company will publish information about it as soon as it receives it.
