Block Listing Application

The Company announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13p each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").

The Admission relates to ordinary shares that will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the following 4imprint Group plc Share Schemes (the "Scheme Shares"):

‒     4imprint Group plc 2012 Employee Stock Purchase Plan

‒     4imprint Group plc 2022 Employee Stock Purchase Plan

‒     4imprint Group plc 2022 Sharesave Plan

‒     The 4imprint Group plc Deferred Bonus Plan 2021

The Scheme Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that Admission will take place on Friday 30 June 2023.
