As announced in the announcement of the results of 3i Group plc for the year to 31 March 2023 issued on 11 May 2023, Caroline Banszky, non-executive Director of the Company, did not seek re-election as a Director at the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2023.  Accordingly she ceased to be a Director of the Company at the end of the Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2023.
