Retirement of Director

Triad Group Plc announces that Alistair Fulton, now in his 75th year, has decided to retire and will therefore resign his position as Director with effect from 31st July 2023.   Alistair has served successively as CEO, Chairman and non-Executive Director continuously for more than 34 years.  He was one of the three founding members of the Company in November 1988 and has made a massive contribution to its development since.  The Board thanks him for his service and wishes him a very happy and healthy retirement. 

Alistair will be succeeded as senior non-Executive Director, and Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees by Christopher Duckworth
