Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2023 and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

Norcros is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 and the 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Norcros announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2023 on 15 June 2023.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will both be available on the Company's website by accessing: www.norcros.com

The 2023 AGM will be held at 11.00am on 26 July 2023 at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, One St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3DE.
