Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces completion of buyback programme and cancellation of shares

Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the "Company"- LSE: BGEO LN) announces that the Company has cancelled 422,269 treasury shares bought back under the GEL 148 million share buyback and cancellation programme which was announced on 16 February 2023, as an extension of the GEL 72.7 million share buyback and cancellation programme announced on 30 June 2022 and further extended by GEL 40 million as announced on 16 August 2022 (the "Buyback Programme").

The Company has completed the GEL 260.7 million Buyback Programme. Since the launch of the Buyback Programme the Company has purchased 3,254,705 ordinary shares. All of the treasury shares purchased in the Buyback Programme have now been cancelled.

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Group discloses the following information:
