Strip Tinning (AIM: STG), a leading supplier of specialist connection systems to the automotive sector, has been notified that on 21 June 2023 Mrs Anne Barton, wife of Richard Barton, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70.00 pence per Ordinary Share.

The number of Ordinary Shares held by Richard Barton himself has not changed and so following this transaction, Richard Barton's total beneficial interest in the Company, including those owned by Anne Barton as above, is 8,539,870 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 55.24% of the Company's issued share capital, as outlined below:
