Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Thomas Hurlimann, an Independent Non-Executive Director and PDMR, that he acquired 267 Shares of 6.5p each in the Company.  As per the Company's announcement on 8 March 2023 the shares were acquired through the scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend of 24 cents per share payable on 13 June 2023.  The Scrip Reference price was 1,168p with a pound sterling equivalent of 19.39p per share.
