Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director

Melrose Industries plc ("Melrose") announces that Funmi Adegoke, Non-executive Director of Melrose, has resigned from the Board with effect from Friday 16 June 2023 following her recent appointment as Chief Executive - Safety Sector at Halma plc. The Board would like to thank Funmi for her contribution to Melrose and to wish her well for the future.
