Appointment of a new non-executive director

The Board of Henderson European Focus Trust plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Melanie Blake as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 3 July 2023.  

Mel is a qualified accountant, having worked with asset management clients at KPMG in London for nine years before working in risk and compliance roles with Barclays Wealth and Investment Management and most recently, Aberforth Partners.
