Third Quarterly Interim Dividend

The Directors have declared that a third quarterly interim dividend of 1.0 pence per share for the financial year ending 31st July 2023 will be paid on 28th July 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 23rd June 2023 (ex-dividend date 22nd June 2023).

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Equiniti Limited.
