Subject: Notice of changes in the voting rights in Span d.d.

Dear Sir,

with reference to the provisions of Articles 482, 486 and 487 of the Capital Market Act (hereinafter: ZTK), Pongrac Marijan, domiciled in Zagreb, Ulica Franje Petračića 1, hereby delivers to the Issuer and the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency. a notice of change in voting rights, i.e. about a drop below the threshold of 5% of voting rights in the company SPAN d.d. (hereinafter: SPAN), as a result of the immediate release of ordinary voting shares of the issuer SPAN d.d., designation: SPAN, ISIN: HRSPANRA0007 (hereinafter: Issuer), as follows:

1. Company, headquarters and business address of the Issuer of the shares

SPAN joint-stock company for designing information systems, with headquarters in Zagreb, Koturaška cesta 47, legal form: joint-stock company, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, under number MBS: 080192242, OIB: 19680551758, responsible persons of the issuer of shares: Nikola Dujmović from Zagreb, President of the Management Board, Marijan Pongrac from Zagreb, Board Member, Dragan Marković from Zagreb, Board Member and Saša Kramar from Zagreb, Board Member.

2. A natural person who fell below the threshold from Art. 482 of the ZTK

3. Data from Art. 482, paragraph 2 of the ZTK on what the consequence of is falling below the prescribed threshold

A drop below the prescribed threshold of 5% of voting rights in the Issuer is a consequence of the release of shares with voting rights, i.e. voting rights in the sense of the Capital Market Act.

4. Information on the document on the basis of which the fall below the threshold from Art. 482 of the ZTK

The drop in voting rights below the prescribed threshold occurred on the basis of a block transaction executed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d., number 7000003, on June 20, 2024. - Printout from the order book is attached.
