• 1. Owner of the Issuer's shares:
  2. a) ERSTE PLAVI OBVEZNI MIROVINSKI FOND KATEGORIJE A, OIB: 29597039090; represented by Erste d.o.o., društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2A, OIB: 49659289650, which owns 56,056 shares of the Issuer marked SPAN, which represents 2.86% of the Issuer's share capital

• 1. Changes in Voting Rights are the result of a transaction (purchase) made through the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on June 20, 2024, where the shareholders listed here under item 2., through a directly executed transaction (purchase), became holders of the Issuer's shares as follows:
  2. a) ERSTE PLAVI OBVEZNI MIROVINSKI FOND KATEGORIJE A, OIB: 29597039090; represented by Erste d.o.o., društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2A, OIB: 49659289650, acquired 20,857 shares of the Issuer marked SPAN, which represents 1.06% of the Issuer's share capital
  3. b) ERSTE PLAVI EXPERT DOBROVOLJNI MIROVINSKI FOND, OIB: 21938195883; represented by Erste d.o.o., društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2A, OIB: 49659289650, acquired 17,793 shares of the Issuer marked SPAN, which represents 0.91% of the Issuer's share capital

so that after the execution of the directly executed transaction (purchase) they hold the Issuer's shares as in item 2. here.

• 1. The shares with which the threshold of 5% of voting rights in the Issuer is exceeded were acquired by purchase on the ZSE.
• 1. The number of shares/voting rights with which, on behalf of the shareholders' representative, for the account of the shareholders, the threshold of 5% is exceeded, in absolute terms is 4,904 shares, and in relative terms, it represents 0.25% of the Issuer's share capital.
• 1. The total number of voting rights or shares, on behalf of the shareholders' representative, for the account of the shareholders, in absolute terms is 102,904 shares, and in relative terms, it represents 5.25% of the Issuer's share capital.
• 1. The owner exceeded the threshold prescribed by the Capital Market Law on June 20, 2024.

• The Issuer's shares, marked SPAN, are held by the shareholder in accordance with Article 483, item 1 of the Capital Market Law - shares with voting rights of the issuer and do not have other voting rights referred to in Articles 484 and 485 of the Capital Market Law.
