In accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, as well as in accordance with the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Granolio d.d., Zagreb, Ulica Pere Budmanija 5, OlB: 59064993527, MBS: 080111595, a company registered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), informs the public that on June 17, 2024, it received a notification regarding the acquisition of shares by a person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Company.
