Inside information

Pursuant to the Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, GRANOLIO d.d., Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OIB:59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), informs the public that on May 21, 2024, as credit beneficiary, concluded a Credit Agreement with the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Zagreb, Strossmayerov trg 9, OIB 26702280390. The purpose of the credit is the payment of the compensation for the transfer of the milling business according the the Framework Agreement on the transfer of milling business (enterprise), concluded with the company Žito d.o., Osijek, Đakovština 3, OIB 03834418154, as the transferor on March 22, 2024. This agreement produces legal effects upon the receipt of the appropriate decision of the Agency for the Protection of Market Competition on the permissibility of the concentration.

This notification was delivered to the Officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory – HANFA, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Croatian News Agency - HinaOTS and it is available on the Company web site www.granolio.hr.
