On 7 June 2023 the persons discharging material responsibilities ("PDMRs") named in the table below acquired for nil cost ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") on the release of share awards under the 3i Special Share Award Plan. On that date the Shares shown in the column headed "Shares acquired" ceased to be subject to restrictions under the Plan. The Shares (if any) shown in the column headed "Shares sold" were sold on the same date at a price of £19.979 per share.
