The following amendments have been made to the Purchase of own shares announcement released on 02 June 2023 at 17.13 under RNS No 5573B.

In the second paragraph, the shares held in treasury was amended from 12,782,543 to 12,833,988.

And

In the third paragraph, the total voting rights in issue was amended from 20,942,415 to 20,890,970

All other details remain unchanged.

Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that it has purchased 43,781 of its Ordinary shares at 208.00 pence per share to be held in treasury.

Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 33,724,958 Ordinary shares, of which 12,833,988 are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 20,890,970 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
