Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP, the "Company"), an international provider of high-quality telemedicine services, announces that, further to the publication on 28 April 2023 of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022, the Company has today posted or made available to shareholders the 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM") and related form of proxy.
