In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Redrow plc (the "Company") announces that as of 31st May 2023 the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 330,770,245 ordinary shares of 10.5p each (with no shares held in Treasury).

330,770,245 represents the total number of voting rights in the Company and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
