Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 8 March 2023 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend of 24 cents per share payable on 13 June 2023. The deadline for receipt of elections was 22 May 2023.

The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1,168p.

The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 23 May 2023 and ending on 30 May 2023.

The Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend is 19.39p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published by the Bank of England for the five business days commencing on 23 May 2023 and ending on 30 May 2023.
