Aviva plc (the "Company") announces today that, acting through its corporate stockbroker, Citigroup Global Markets Limited (the "Broker"), it has purchased the following number of the Company's ordinary shares of 3217/19 pence each.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares of 3217/19 pence each purchased:	2,430,296
Lowest price paid per share (GBp):	401.20p
Highest price paid per share (GBp):	409.40p
Volume-weighted average price paid per share (GBp):	406.49p

The Company will purchase these shares through the Broker on the London Stock Exchange and will subsequently cancel them.

These share purchases form part of the Company's existing buy-back programme which is expected to be completed over the period from 10 March 2023 to 30 June 2023, details of which were announced on 9 March 2023.
