Subject: Notice on the reduction of the business share of company Span d.d. in the affiliated company Ekobit d.o.o. with purpose of alignment of share capital due to the introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Croatia

On April 13th, 2024, the Commercial Court in Zagreb announced the registration of alignment of share capital due to the introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Croatia for the company Ekobit d.o.o., Koturaška cesta 47, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 69609657776 (hereinafter: Ekobit), an affiliated company of the Issuer.

In order to implement the alignment of share capital of Ekobit with euro, in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Companies Act and the Law on the Introduction of the Euro as the Official Currency in the Republic of Croatia, the business share by which the Issuer participates in the share capital of Ekobit was reduced. Until the alignment of share capital of Ekobit, the Issuer held business shares of Ekobit in the total amount of 82.13%, and after the alignment, Issuer holds a business share in the amount of 82.12%.
