Senior Independent Director succession

In accordance with Listing Rule LR9.6.11, Bodycote plc ("the Company") announces that Patrick Larmon, having joined the Board on 13 September 2016, will be appointed as the Senior Independent Director with effect from 31 May 2023 in succession to Ian Duncan. Having served for nine years, Ian will retire on 17 November 2023 as a non-executive director. We thank Ian for his valuable contribution to the Board.
