Further to the announcement made on 12 April 2023, Legrand SA shareholders today approved the appointment of Clare Scherrer as an independent non-executive Director of Legrand SA, with immediate effect.  Upon appointment Clare Scherrer has also become a member of Legrand SA's Audit Committee.

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.14(1).
